It’s a jam packed Fan Finds Friday!! 🎉 NEW @walmart Bettergoods house brand plant-based tomato curry mac and cheese hot out of the box and should be hitting shelves in a reset in the next few weeks! Word is this might be replacing their BG white cheddar version. Local vegan cakes spotted @wholefoods in Salt Lake City, UT! Could it be some stores are making good on their sourcing more local vegan bakery options pledge? I hope it translates to more stores nationwide. Also at Whole Foods are a ton of new dairy free ice cream options! This space had been left for dead in the last few years so glad to see some new options hitting freezers! Have a fan find? UPDATE: a third party vegan brand working with Maple Leaf foods said they confirmed to them my reported information is correct and that they should be making a formal announcement next week! Yves, one of the OG vegan brands, quietly disappeared from shelves after 40 years in 2025, and now there are signs it may be coming back. 😲 There is a lot more to this story, so comment LINK for my full blog post. 🌱 What was your favorite Yves product you’d like to see return?

Special edition of fan finds! 🎉 Now donut lose your minds but seems like some stores and regions may be getting back some vegan donuts at Whole Foods. I’ve been told they’re looking at local suppliers to bring items back into their bakeries which seems like a bit of a pivot from having prepacked vegan offerings available nationwide. These were spotted in what looks like the cookies by the pound case at a store in Salt Lake City, Utah. That could be the loophole since that’s a different program for WFM. Your guess is as good as mine but if any bakery team members want to weigh in that would be appreciated. @beyondmeat spicy buffalo chicken pieces spotted @krogerco stores (exclusive). These were previously available online in January along with a lemon herb flavor from their test kitchens and now seem to be making their way to stores. Also at Kroger, @gardein ultimate extra crispy nuggets spotted. @mccainfoodsusa new garlic herb crinkle fries spotted @walmart stores and @lidlus has some new edamame spring rolls available. These are not my finds so I don’t have all the ingredients photos nor more information. Will update as I find out more. Huge thanks to everyone who sent me finds, I appreciate you! 🧡🙏🏼

Pepperidge Farm Coconut Cake was a childhood favorite for me and I’ve been trying to crack a vegan version for a really long time and I think this is it. I used my better boxed vegan cake method using @dollyparton @realduncanhines cake mix but the frosting was the hardest part to decode and what kind it is may surprise you! @sprouts finds! 🌱 These new @magicchocolateinc bars were one of my favorite things I tried at ExpoWest in March! They’re amazing. New @terrachips sweet chili chips, @kitehillfoods Greek yogurts, @abesmuffins gluten free chocolate chip muffins, @sietefoods chili lime seasoning, and new look for @daiyafoods zesty cheddar sauce. 🥐 I’ve gotten insider information that Whole Foods is discontinuing the vegan individual SINGLE packs of croissants, blueberry muffins and scones. The multi-packs of croissants and scones are still ok for now I’m told but I’m pretty sure the muffins were only available as singles. Some may be happy with this news because of waste and environmental concerns of the packaging. 🛒 I have a rolling post with updates on all the changes at WFM bakeries and details on this particular discontinuation so comment LINK and I’ll send it to you.
