Spotted at @sprouts market! 🌱 New Alfredo sauces (well, one is a new recipe) from @primalkitchenfoods made with cashew butter (I really hope they bring back their buffalo sauce made with that as it was my favorite) and finally spotted the @impossible hot dogs at my local store downtown! 🎉 Also found @go_nanas cinnamon roll flavor banana bread mix, Sprouts own passion fruit habanero lemonade, @momofukugoods noodles singles in various flavors, @justicetea watermelon lime white tea, @missjonesbakes carrot cake mix, @sunridge_farms lemon glazed almonds and limited edition gluten free Mexican hot chocolate cookies. It’s fan finds Friday! 🎉 NEW @nutella peanut spread spotted @giant but will also be available @walmart and is on @amazon now (check my storefront in my link in bio!). It still contains hazelnuts but more peanuts overall to appeal more to Americans tastes I guess? Also spotted was a vegan kale Caesar salad @sprouts market, @reeses filled pretzel bags, and new @realduncanhines crumble fruit bar mixes @walmart stores now! Some awesome @costco finds! 🛒 @girlscouts coconut caramel granola clusters that have no dairy! Also spotted @eatbettersour low sugar vegan gummies (loved these!), Karen’s Bakery lemon puff pastry cookies, @cheesecakefactory big pack of rolls that I’ve not seen in a warehouse club before, new hazelnut flavor or @ripvansnacks wafers, @carbonerestaurants had a road show going on and their vodka sauces are dairy-free and you add your own cream, and lastly @eatrealsy nut butter filled dates (these are big, soft and really stuffed!). Check your Costco app or @instacart for availability near you!

Some @aldiusa finds! Spotted the vegan meatballs again. There’s been posts that they’re discontinued but they keep showing back up at my stores. Could be a regional sales thing perhaps. Have you seen them lately? Also spotted the seasonal spring carrot cake and sweet vanilla kettle corn and potatoes “O’Brien” hash. Aldi just revamped their app and website but I still don’t see ingredients posted for a lot of items. Wish they would address that.

The vegan matzo ball soup that made someone cry happy tears. 🥣 If you grew up eating this soup you know exactly what it should taste like and for a long time that felt off limits as a vegan. Not anymore. These matzo balls are spongy, hold together, and taste like the real thing because they basically are. The secret is chilling the batter and not letting them rapidly boil. That’s it.
