🥭🍚🥥 Trader Joe’s is adding a frozen mango sticky rice to their lineup and it should start showing up in stores the first week of August. It will be $4.69 for two servings and is both vegan and gluten free. Mango sticky rice is a Thai dessert with warm sweet coconut rice paired with fresh ripe mango slices and a drizzle of coconut cream on top. How preparation for this will be suggested on the box I don’t know yet but could be microwaveable. This will most likely be seasonal but I’ll update as I know more. 🍍 There’s also frozen vegan pineapple coconut bars on a stick coming sooner in the next few weeks and frozen cubes of just passion fruit puree coming in August as well. 👉🏼Follow Big Box Vegan for the latest vegan grocery news, product launches, store finds and recipes. *Photo is just a representation of mango sticky rice and is not the actual product which I’m sure won’t look as nice. 😆
