More fall finds at @sprouts market! 🎃🍂🧡 The pumpkin chocolate chip soda bread minis seem new this year to me but I haven’t seen the vegan pumpkin chocolate chip cookies yet. Bobos apple cider donut bites are also new this year. Did you know I have a running new fall items blog post? Well I do for all the brand new items for 2026, so comment LINK and I’ll send it to you! Spotted @wholefoods stores! 🥐🛒🌱 @laboulangeriesf plant-based croissant toast which I thought had been left for dead, is back in stores and this time, it might be nationwide! I’ve only ever seen it available on the west coast before and haven’t seen it in a few years and I remember some saying you couldn’t even order it anymore from their website but I could be mistaken. I would check your WFM app to see if it’s available at your store. Also found the new @eatfronen apple pie dairy-free ice cream and lots of returning fall favorites. 🍂 Posted as many ingredients photos as the post would allow so the rest will be over on Facebook. 👉🏼

Some Publix finds! 🛒🎃🍂 NEW pumpkin spice flavored spread (thanks to @sweetesthoney86 for the tip)! They have other flavored spreads in the bakery which have been out for years and say they’re vegan but I’ve not seen a pumpkin spice one before. It’s also COR Kosher pareve so that would mean no meat or dairy ingredients (still could have fish or eggs but those are major allergens and would have to be disclosed). Also spotted a Kelloggs Wednesday cereal with no D3 or gelatin, new Farm Rich maple French toast bites (I feel@these have been out a while so probably just new to Publix) and some Halloween Charms brand witches brew cotton candy.

Why I haven’t made this before now is bananas when I think about it. 🍌 My NEW RECIPE for classic vegan banana pudding is up on the blog now. Fall is dropping fast at Trader Joe’s stores! 🎃🍂💯 Since there are so many items to post, I’ll be posting the ingredients photos of these on our Facebook account share of this post as they don’t limit the number of photos you can post. The pumpkin sourdough, oat bites, fall leaf pasta, double vanilla extract and cinnamon sweet tortas are new items and everything else is some of what’s returning for the fall season. What are you most excited about?!

[AD] @abesmuffins is squashing it for pumpkin szn this year with two NEW EXCLUSIVES at @sprouts Farmer’s Market stores! 🎃 Their amazing Pumpkin Spice Mini Cupcakes (with dreamy vanilla frosting) and their decadent Pumpkin Swirl Brownies are in stores now. I think these brownies are a vegan first! 👏🏼 Also returning are the fan favorite pumpkin spice mini muffins (also at Whole Foods and other stores) so grab these to get into the fall mood. 🍂 As always, they’re completely vegan, school-friendly, and extremely delicious. Get them now in store! 🧡

Just wrapped up an amazing trip through Bethlehem, Reading and Lancaster County and the vegan food options there are plentiful and delicious. This trip reminded me how much heart goes into small vegan businesses and I met so many wonderful people who shared their stories along the way. It’s officially the ‘ber months! Can’t say “too soon” anymore although I’m sure some of you will. 😝 Sprouts has dropped so many fall goodies that I’m going to have to split them up into multiple posts! 🍂

Some new items and some seasonal things coming soon to Trader Joe’s stores! I chatted with a store manager yesterday and she said there’s over 100 new items coming to stores for the fall/holiday season. Not sure how many will be vegan but I hope a bunch turn out to be. She also said that their “pumpkinpalooza” launch is happening next week which tracks with timing in years past. A lot of fall products should start showing up this week though so keep your eyes peeled. 🍂 I also asked if we might see vegan marshmallow peeps-style pumpkins or bats like we saw this spring with the eggs and she said she had not seen anything like that unfortunately in their guides. There was just a comment from a crew member who works there that snowflake shaped marshmallows are coming but unclear if they’re vegan yet. May not be so I’ll have to put my excitement on ice for now. ❄️ I also heard that the frozen mango sticky rice that went viral might not be back until January now. 😕 👉🏼 Make sure to follow me for all the latest vegan news, product drops and recipes!
