Just wrapped up an amazing trip through Bethlehem, Reading and Lancaster County and the vegan food options there are plentiful and delicious.
This trip reminded me how much heart goes into small vegan businesses and I met so many wonderful people who shared their stories along the way.
Full write up with every stop, what we ate and a little history is live on the blog now, link in bio or comment LINK and I’ll send it your way.
It’s officially the ‘ber months! Can’t say “too soon” anymore although I’m sure some of you will. 😝
Sprouts has dropped so many fall goodies that I’m going to have to split them up into multiple posts! 🍂
Some new items and some seasonal things coming soon to Trader Joe’s stores!
I chatted with a store manager yesterday and she said there’s over 100 new items coming to stores for the fall/holiday season. Not sure how many will be vegan but I hope a bunch turn out to be. She also said that their “pumpkinpalooza” launch is happening next week which tracks with timing in years past. A lot of fall products should start showing up this week though so keep your eyes peeled. 🍂
I also asked if we might see vegan marshmallow peeps-style pumpkins or bats like we saw this spring with the eggs and she said she had not seen anything like that unfortunately in their guides. There was just a comment from a crew member who works there that snowflake shaped marshmallows are coming but unclear if they’re vegan yet. May not be so I’ll have to put my excitement on ice for now. ❄️
I also heard that the frozen mango sticky rice that went viral might not be back until January now. 😕

I’m home to FL but still have some finds from Pennsylvania and here are some things I spotted at @wegmans market!
Since I can only post 20 photos here on Instagram, I’ve posted the rest of my finds over on my Facebook share of this post so head over there (and follow there too!) for the rest of what I found!
Glad to be home but the weather yesterday in PA was spectacular. 💛 Look for a few posts soon with all of the local vegan eats we ate and the great people we met!
Some Walmart and Costco finds here in PA!
Spotted the Walmart no-dairy or egg Halloween shaped sugar cookies, the new @snoopygrams x @realduncanhines collab baking mixes (swipe to the end of the photos to see the back panel on how to make the Charlie Brown zig zag!), and some Great Value holiday mixes are rolling in.
At Costco, spotted @middaysquares PB&J squares, some udon story fry noodles, @eathaks veggies and some frozen pops.
Availability always varies so check the Walmart or Costco apps to see if these are near you.
Since I’m in Pennsylvania, I thought I’d post my Tastycake copycat Tandy (or Kandy) cakes recipe!
If you want this plus my other nostalgic recipes made vegan, comment RECIPE and I’ll send it to you!
A few finds from @weismarkets in Bethlehem, PA.
First time seeing the NEW @wayfare_foods butter on shelves! Also found the elusive @tastykake peanut butter tastykrisps that no longer contain milk that I reported on a long time ago but have not found until now!
Also spotted a seasonal cinnamon maple Frosted Flakes with no D3 or gelatin and some @sweetzelscookies on shelves.
Going to be a busy day heading into Lancaster so wanted to post early. Finding lots of great things so far!
I’m on a little getaway to the Lehigh Valley/Lancaster area of Pennsylvania so where are some finds from @giant supermarket here!
Found the new @oreo flavors you can try and vote on to see which one sticks around (I have a whole blog post up about this release so check it out for more info). I’ve heard good things about the chicken and waffles already. 🍗🧇
Also found a lot of fall things as we’re almost in the ‘ber months. 🍂
Some fun seasonal and new item drops! 🎃🛒🍂
Not sure I’ve seen a seasonal sugar cookie that’s vegan friendly with natural colors at Walmart before have you?
I’m pretty sure all the Aldi items will be vegan friendly as well but they don’t post ingredients in their app so that’s TBD at the moment.
