20 Vegan Fall Finds at Trader Joe’s

Fall starts to arrive at Trader Joe’s in early September with an unofficial “pumpkinpalooza” launch right after Labor Day, but by the end of the month, shelves are fully packed with pumpkin, maple, apple and plenty of cozy fall flavors.

I’ve rounded up 20 vegan-friendly fall finds to look for this year, including brand-new products, returning favorites and a few Halloween treats. Some are only around for a limited time, so if you see something you want, don’t wait too long to purchase as it may not be restocked!

New for 2026

A brand-new fall snack featuring oats, pumpkin and warm seasonal spices. These little bites are made for an easy grab-and-go pumpkin fix.

2. Sliced Pumpkin Sourdough Bread

Trader Joe’s classic sourdough gets a seasonal makeover with pumpkin. It has the airy crumb, chewy texture and subtle tang of sourdough with a distinctly fall-inspired twist.

5. Toasted Whole Grain Pumpkin O’s

Their seasonal Pumpkin O’s are back with a new recipe and updated packaging. These crunchy O-shaped cereal pieces are made with whole grains and real pumpkin with a hint of cinnamon and no vitamin D3 added which is often sourced from lanolin (sheep’s wool).

6. Maple Pancake Puffs

Pancakes and maple syrup in crunchy, snackable puff form. Basically, breakfast flavors you can eat by the handful.

7. Maple & Sea Salt Kettle Popcorn

A classic sweet-and-salty combination with maple and sea salt coating crunchy kettle-cooked popcorn. It’s an easy fall movie-night snack.

8. Pumpkin Tortilla Chips

Pumpkin seasonal tortilla chips are back. They have a hint of spice and are good for salsa or dip and make snack time a little more autumnal.

9. Pumpkin Bagels

A fall breakfast favorite is back! These seasonal bagels bring pumpkin and warm spices to your morning meals, vegan turkey sandwiches or just slathered with vegan butter or cream cheese.

10. Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Spice Bagels

A gluten-free take on the seasonal bagel, flavored with pumpkin pie spices. Unlike many GF bakery items, these contain no eggs, honey or dairy.

11. Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mixes

These baking mixes make it easy, and are a handy pantry shortcut when the craving hits. There’s both regular and gluten-free versions and some people use canned pumpkin puree for the eggs or flax meal eggs. See my FAQs here for more about replacing eggs when baking.

12. Pumpkin & Spice Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix

A seasonal spin on the classic snickerdoodle, combining pumpkin and warm spices with the familiar cinnamon-sugar flavor. Just mix, bake and enjoy.

13. Organic Maple Butter

Halloween Treats

One of Trader Joe’s most anticipated seasonal cookies is back. Pumpkin-flavored wafer cookies are sandwiched with pumpkin-flavored crème for a double dose of pumpkin goodness.

18. Halloween Joe-Joe’s Cookies

Like their regular Joe Joe’s, these went through a vendor change last year and were pulled from shelves quickly in 2025 due to quality issues. They’re back, but to me, they’re not the same as they used to be years ago but always best to try for yourself as everyone has their own “good”.

19. Spooky Bats & Cats Sour Gummy Candies

Spooky season gets a sour twist with gummy candies shaped like bats and cats. Get this fun little gelatin-free Halloween treat while they last.

20. Halloween Gummies

Trader Joe’s brings back its seasonal Halloween gummy treats, with fun spooky shapes that are perfect for Halloween parties, trick-or-treating or just keeping a bag around for snacking.

As you can see, Trader Joe’s has plenty of seasonal products hitting stores this time of year, but beware there are many that aren’t vegan. So if you’re shopping for plant-based fall favorites, always check the ingredient label before tossing something into your cart and look for honey, dairy or eggs.

Seasonal availability can vary by store and items can sell out quickly. For the most current availability, check the Trader Joe’s website or ask a Crew Member at your local store.

If one of these is on your fall shopping list, I’d grab it when you see it and happy fall shopping!🍂
