Publix Adds Two New Vegan Bakery Cookies

Publix just leveled up its vegan bakery offerings with two brand-new bakery cookie flavors: Key Lime Coconut and Salted Caramel and yes, they’re both vegan!

Publix is a mostly southern regional chain of grocery stores and if you’ve been browsing their bakery since 2022, you might already know they’ve been quietly offering vegan versions of Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, and a hearty Ranger Cookie (haven’t seen this one lately though). Now, these two new flavors join the lineup, bringing even more variety to their in-store bakery.

The Key Lime Coconut brings a tropical twist (think bright citrus with a hint of toasted coconut) while the Salted Caramel nails that sweet-meets-salty balance that makes it impossible to eat just one.

If you’re lucky enough to live near a Publix, check your bakery section and see if these have landed yet. I had to call a number of my stores to check but if they have them, maybe grab a few before word gets out.
