I tweaked my better boxed brownies recipe and the result is this vegan brownie pudding situation, and it’s sooooo good. Warm, fudgy, and meant to be eaten with a spoon. Some finds spotted at @wholefoods plus we picked up a $6.99 “Too Good To Go” bag that helps reduce food waste and items were worth well over $20. @toogoodtogo.usa is an app that rescues unsold food from stores and restaurants from going to waste by offering discounted “surprise” bags. In some areas you can even filter by a “vegan” option. We got lucky everything we got was vegan friendly as we’re not in a big enough city for that option just yet. Spotted some things at @harristeeter (a @krogerco owned store) in Asheville including the NEW vegan friendly @goldfishsmiles buffalo pretzels, the new zero sugar @oreo cookies (see my post yesterday about how their parent company has ended animal testing!) plus @simpletruth4u protein nut butters, a @mybetterbatch celebration cookie mix and a @siggisdairy unsweetened yogurt I’ve not seen before.
