I’m breaking down some low-risk plant-based alternatives for everyday foods like dairy, meat, frozen favorites, and condiments you can find at regular grocery stores. I also call out my BBV MVP, the swap I personally buy and trust most (look for it in the photos 👀). NEW Trader Joe’s PB&J oat bites (and also a raspberry flavor- not pictured) coming to stores next week! 🌾🍓🥜 These look like their version of Bobos stuffed oat bites and the ingredients look almost identical but who knows. TJs often picks the brains of larger brands then has someone else knock it off and make it but they could be from them. Looks like they’ll retail for $3.99 and says 1/5/26 is the in-store drop date. Are these an “oat-yeah!” from you? Big thanks to my TJs insider for sending me the first shots of these! 🙏🏼

Some @walmart finds!🛒 There’s also a @pillsburybaking pistachio vegan friendly cake mix but my store was out. I want to try it with my better boxed vegan cake recipe! I also noticed afterwards that the @violife_foods Mexican shreds said new and improved with lentil and I neglected to take an ingredients shot but you can look it up in the Walmart app or online and also check for availability near you. There was also a lot of Valentine’s Day candy so I’ll be posting those soon. ❤️

Let’s start off 2026 with some great news! 🐰 Vegan Peeps finally? Good Mallow (a company I’ve just become aware of) is teasing bunny-shaped marshmallows in their coming-soon section of their website plus filled marshmallows!! 👀 As to when they’re coming is not known but hopefully by spring. They may be online only but could show up in retail. Time will tell. Their classic vegan marshmallows (including fun flavors like raspberry and lemon meringue) are already available on Amazon (link in bio in my storefront) and Walmart. 🧁 Sprinkles Cupcakes Closing Stores 😲 America’s first cupcake chain will be shutting down all physical locations after today with little warning. From its long-running vegan red velvet to rare flash vegan drops like the Noah Schnapp TBH hazelnut cupcake and the Miyoko’s Creamery collab, this brand helped shape the modern cupcake era including early mainstream vegan options. I broke down what happened on my blog.
