The long awaited national launch of Dandies brand vegan marshmallow cream has started with jars of the “Fluff-like” spread showing up on shelves at Whole Foods Market stores nationwide.
Originally announced in the fall of 2021, the packaging has gone through a few changes but is now ready for its closeup and eager fans have been scrambling to get their hands on jars.
So you know, regular marshmallow cream usually contains eggs whites to get that sticky spreadable texture but Dandies has perfected a recipe that mimics the original in every way. The cream is made with no artificial flavors or colors, no corn syrup, and no egg. It is also kosher, made with non-gmo ingredients, and free from the top 9 allergens.
Jars are priced at $6.49 at Whole Foods but have been soft launched at regional retailers already like Fresh Thyme stores and smaller independent vegan grocers like Besties Vegan Paradise in Los Angeles.
