Some awesome @costco finds! 🛒 @girlscouts coconut caramel granola clusters that have no dairy! Also spotted @eatbettersour low sugar vegan gummies (loved these!), Karen’s Bakery lemon puff pastry cookies, @cheesecakefactory big pack of rolls that I’ve not seen in a warehouse club before, new hazelnut flavor or @ripvansnacks wafers, @carbonerestaurants had a road show going on and their vodka sauces are dairy-free and you add your own cream, and lastly @eatrealsy nut butter filled dates (these are big, soft and really stuffed!). Check your Costco app or @instacart for availability near you!

Some @aldiusa finds! Spotted the vegan meatballs again. There’s been posts that they’re discontinued but they keep showing back up at my stores. Could be a regional sales thing perhaps. Have you seen them lately? Also spotted the seasonal spring carrot cake and sweet vanilla kettle corn and potatoes “O’Brien” hash. Aldi just revamped their app and website but I still don’t see ingredients posted for a lot of items. Wish they would address that.

The vegan matzo ball soup that made someone cry happy tears. 🥣 If you grew up eating this soup you know exactly what it should taste like and for a long time that felt off limits as a vegan. Not anymore. These matzo balls are spongy, hold together, and taste like the real thing because they basically are. The secret is chilling the batter and not letting them rapidly boil. That’s it. Also spotted @coconutcultsg banana bread flavor there too. @costco I found @eatveggiecraft rotini, and @tosisnacks bars. @walmart I saw the new sugar free and seasonal s’mores @oreo cookies, @silk protein drinks, and @opopop flavored popcorns! Check all the apps to find them near you.📲 I’ve also added the store name to the top left corner of each photo for easy reference. 📍

Load it up with asparagus, fresh herbs, and whatever spring vegetables look good right now and it feeds a crowd with almost no effort. Nobody will believe it’s completely plant based. It’s taco Tuesday! 🌮 @daiyafoods is dropping a gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan taco mac & cheese soon! Looks like it might be showing up at Walmart first but not sure if it’s exclusive yet. Also, a new Walmart Bettergoods brand Plant-Based Tomato Curry Macaroni and Cheeze is also on the way! Both should hopefully show up on shelves within a month’s time. 🤞
