Whole Foods Vegan Holiday Menu 2025: Pumpkin Pie Returns & New Plant-Based Sides

The holidays are coming fast, and Whole Foods Market just dropped its 2025 Holiday Catering Menu a bit early this year and many of their vegan options seem to be returning as well as what looks like some new vegan sides. They label everything with a V on their menu to indicate it’s vegan. View or download the pdf of the menu at the link below.

As indicated on their website, ordering for all Whole Foods holiday catering items seems to open October 30, 2025 at shop.wfm.com, so now’s the time to start planning your spread if interested in catering. They often have a lot of these grab and go in-store depending on the location but it’s never guaranteed so even if you just want some vegan gravy or cranberry relish, it’s advised to order in advance. I worked for Whole Foods for 14 years and often worked the “holiday table” in store which handled the orders and it was often frustrating but I always advised to order a bit more than you think as who doesn’t love leftovers?

What’s returning this year.

Their Vegan Pumpkin Pie ($14.99) is making a coming back this holiday season for 2025. It serves 6–8 and is one of the most requested vegan items each year although they discharge the recipe in recent years and some have said it’s not as good as it once was but always best to try for yourself as everyone has their own “good”.

It’s unclear whether the pumpkin pie will also be available for grab-and-go in stores or only through pre-order, so it’s smart to reserve one early before they sell out. If you’re looking to make your own vegan pumpkin pie this year, my five-star rated recipe is here!

Also back for 2025 is the vegan Plant-Based Meal for Two ($42.99), a ready-to-heat vegan dinner that delivers all the cozy holiday flavors without the stress of cooking everything from scratch.

The meal includes:

  • Mushroom & Root Vegetable en Croûte with Herbed Mushroom Gravy
  • Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper Green Beans
  • Roasted Butternut Squash with Cranberries & Sage
  • Garlic Roasted Fingerlings

This mini-feast is perfect for small gatherings or as a vegan entrée option alongside a traditional spread of its just for you and you want leftovers.

Starters & sides.

Start your plant-based celebration with a few lighter bites and crowd-pleasing platters:

  • Pumpkin Curry Soup – creamy, spiced, and naturally vegan.
