Walmart just made pizza night way easier. Their Bettergoods line is launching a Plant-Based Cauliflower Thin Crust Roasted Veggie Pizza. Not only does it seem vegan (haven’t seen the final ingredients list yet but thus far, all of their plant-based offerings have been vegan friendly), but it’s also gluten-free, which means way more people can enjoy a quick and easy pizza night without stressing about ingredients.
The pizza says it has a crispy cauliflower crust, roasted veggies, and melty mozzarella-style shreds (dairy-free). Knowing Walmart, it should be affordable, convenient, and plant-based. Seems to check all the pizza boxes.
Bettergoods Vegan Finds at Walmart
If you follow me on social media, you know I post a lot of things from Walmart and their newish Bettergoods line has had quite a few vegan options.

I’ve already sung the praises of Bettergoods’ plant-based cheese lineup, and if you caught my featured interview in The Kitchn a few months back, you know I picked their vegan cheese as my top choice for taste and value. If that cheese is what they’re using here, we’re in for a solid pizza experience.

When is it coming out?
I’ve been told by my Walmart insiders that it should start showing up on freezer shelves in a few weeks (date of this post is the last day of September 2025).
I’m happy to see a vegan and gluten-free pizza option at Walmart that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. If their cheese game is any indication, this cauliflower crust pizza could easily rival the specialty vegan and gluten-free brands at most likely a decent price (their conventional thin crust pizza is just over $6). What about you, will you be stocking up on these?
